Please complete the short Pre-Appointment form so we can review your medical history and goals.
What to expect
We’ll start with a consultation and thorough assessment of what matters to you. If treatment is suitable and you wish to proceed, I will prescribe the medication and we will proceed with the treatment in the following few days.
Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise on the day where possible, and arrive with clean skin. We’ll explain everything and take consent.
Parking & access
Street parking is available locally. Visitor permits can be activated when you book.
Aftercare
